A Christian author who has written two consecutive bestsellers championing Bible truth is now being compared on Amazon.com to C.S. Lewis, the famed Belfast-born author who wrote “Mere Christianity” and “The Chronicles of Narnia,” among many other classics.
Today’s author is Joe Kovacs, whose brand-new book, “The Divine Secret: The Awesome and Untold Truth About Your Phenomenal Destiny,” is also being predicted to “go down in history as one of the great pieces of Christian literature” as it continues to collect five-star ratings online.
Reviewer William L. Knecht, who describes himself as an 84-year-old “who has had a copy of the Bible by his bed since he first learned to read,” says he’s now an avid advocate of “The Divine Secret,” as it reminds him of Lewis’ writings.
“I have long been a disciple of C.S. Lewis and the first thing that attracted me when I began read Kovacs’ works was his depiction of future roles which faithful followers of Christ would be given,” Knecht explains in his Amazon review.
“Lewis wrote in a number of places about our future as judges and rulers who might share the tasks of leaders in God’s family, as did Bishop Tom Wright in one of his works … . But none ever made matters as clear as they are in ‘The Divine Secret.’”
