You will see that God is no prude when it comes to sex and actually has given us a guideline on how to enjoy it without any guilt! In Genesis, God creates man and woman after the GOD kind. Notice that all other created beings are created after their own kind, but man was created after God’s own kind. Note also that God says “Let US make man in OUR image”. At least two beings are talking together, and they claim to be God (see the meaning of the word God here ). What is the very first thing that God realized about man? “It is not good for the man to be alone.” God does not want us to be alone. He wants us in a union with another human, just as God is one, he wants us to be one, with the helpmate that God gives us. Next notice the first command God gave to Adam and Eve. Gen 1:28 God blessed them and told them, "Multiply and fill the earth and subdue it. Be masters over the fish and birds and all the animals." Then we read a little later this: Gen. 4:1“Now Adam slept with his wife, Eve, and she became pregnant.” (NLT translation). So sex was made for us to enjoy and to recreate after our own kind! We are meant to become part of the God Family. However, this command to have sex does not give us the license to have it with just anyone. Here are just SOME of the Biblical restrictions:

Paul Ryan’s speech accepting his nomination for the vice presidency of
the United States last night has already been widely hailed as a home
run national debut by many sources. So it’s no surprise that the Left,
which views Ryan’s ideas as the political equivalent of Typhoid Mary,
has already pounced on the speech for its alleged inaccuracies, while
simultaneously bringing up every conceivable nitpick they can.
In short, according to the Left, Ryan’s speech was a fundamentally,
inescapably dishonest argument – a “string of whoppers” and disingenuous
statements – made in bad faith for the sake of masking his allegedly
plutocratic agenda.
But is this rather unflattering assessment accurate, those who are
understandably reluctant to take their ideological opponents’ word on
anything must be asking. The answer is no – at least, not entirely. Avik
Roy at Forbes, as well as Republican consultant Liz Mair, have already
exploded some of the attacks on Ryan’s speech, and we will turn to them
for help in taking on some of the charges. You can find their full takes

The ThinkProgress list of charges is probably the most extensive,
comprising no less than 12 different charges. Here is our assessment of

Senior citizens whose lives depend on their saved earnings are in
crisis because of the economy – but somehow, because there’s a Democrat
in the White House, the media says nothing. In a concise and brilliant column in USA Today, Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit.com delineates how shockingly bad the situation is for seniors.
Reynolds starts by noting that the basic elements of seniors’ savings:
"...interest rates on bonds, CDs and money market accounts are at
historic lows. Money markets are down 0.35% and CD’s are 0.90%. Stocks
are lower than they were five years ago."
The University of Tennessee law professor then posits this: Years
ago, when seniors could accrue 5% on their savings, a $360,000 portfolio
of CDs would garner $18,000 a year in interest, which amounted to $1500
a month. Combined with a Social Seurity payment that was roughly
equivalent, the total would be $36,000 a year, $3,000 a month.
But in the current economy, that 5% becomes 0.9%, which means instead
of receiving $18,000 a year, the total becomes $3,240 per year, or
about $270 a month. Add the same $1,500 a month from Social Security,
and the senior is now living on a mere $1,770 a month – just $21,240 a

Wilders rose to prominence in the Netherlands
denouncing the growing influence of Islam in the West, calling for a ban

Some of his most outspoken supporters are in the

A Redlands man has filed a writ of habeas corpus concerning release from
confinement ordered under a conservatorship that may not even exist.
When Charles Castle was grabbed off the street by San Bernardino mental
health court workers Bob Habel and Wayne Henkelman, almost nobody
realized he was missing. Charlie was homeless and while a virtual
fixture on the street scene in Redlands, California, he lacked family
and social support networks. Some folks, such as Ken Stein with the
YMCA, where Charlie went to shower, thought that he was possibly
deceased.
Taken
Not deceased, but certainly disappeared, Charlie was taken to Arrowhead
Regional Center hospital and held in a mental health unit while powerful
parties determined his fate. He reports that he was not present at his
mandated court hearing and only found out several months later that he
had been placed under a mental health conservatorship.
His conservatorship proceedings were steeped in fraud. Charlie was
represented by the same law firm, the law offices of Bryan Hartnell,
which also represented the conservator, Melodie Scott. Initially, the
Public Guardian was appointed as conservator and Scott quickly
petitioned to take over this function.
In the San Antonio school district, the Student Locator Project (SLP)
is being beta-tested at Jay High School and Jones Middle School – two
schools in the Northside district. The SLP includes the use of radio
frequency identification technology (RFID) to “make schools safer, know
where our students are while at school, increase revenues, and provide a
general purpose ‘smart’ ID card.”
In order to check out school library books, register for classes, pay for school lunches, the “smart” ID card is
being employed to trace and track students and their movements on
campuses all across America. By using leverage of educators to coerce
school districts to adopt this method of tracking students, the argument
for the use of the RFID technology is campus safety, efficient
registration, and food and library programs.
In Austin, Texas, collaboration with the Global Positioning System (GPS) and RFID technology is being used to
deter students from skipping classes. In fact, those students having a
negative record with the school they attend are being targeted to be
under surveillance.

WASHINGTON(AP) — A firsthand account of the Navy SEAL raid that killed Osama bin Laden
contradicts previous accounts by administration officials, raising
questions as to whether the terror mastermind presented a clear threat
when SEALs first fired upon him.
Bin Laden
apparently was hit in the head when he looked out of his bedroom door
into the top-floor hallway of his compound as SEALs rushed up a narrow
stairwell in his direction, according to former Navy SEAL Matt Bissonnette, writing under the pseudonym Mark Owen in “No Easy Day.” The book is to be published next week by Penguin Group (USA)’s Dutton imprint.
Bissonnette
says he was directly behind a “point man” going up the stairs. “Less
than five steps” from top of the stairs, he heard “suppressed” gunfire:
“BOP. BOP.” The point man had seen a “man peeking out of the door” on
the right side of the hallway.
The author writes that bin Laden
ducked back into his bedroom and the SEALs followed, only to find the
terrorist crumpled on the floor in a pool of blood with a hole visible
on the right side of his head and two women wailing over his body.
Bissonnette
says the point man pulled the two women out of the way and shoved them
into a corner and he and the other SEALs trained their guns’ laser sites
on bin Laden’s
still-twitching body, shooting him several times until he lay
motionless. The SEALs later found two weapons stored by the doorway,
untouched, the author said.
In the account related by administration officials after the raid in Pakistan, the SEALs shot bin Laden only after he ducked back into the bedroom because they assumed he might be reaching for a weapon.
White House spokesman Tommy Vietor would not comment on the apparent contradiction late Tuesday. But he said in an email, “As President Obama said on the night that justice was brought to Osama bin Laden,
‘We give thanks for the men who carried out this operation, for they
exemplify the professionalism, patriotism and unparalleled courage of

There has been an article floating around the Internet for a long time
by a self-described “gay left-wing man” named Johann Hari, a columnist
for the London Independent. The article is titled “The Strange, Strange
Story of the Gay Fascists,” and you can read it for yourself at the vehemently pro-”gay” Huffington Post website. It contains the remarkably forthright admission that homosexuality and fascism have always gone hand in hand. Hari writes: “The twisted truth is that gay men have been at the heart of every major
fascist movement that ever was – including the gay-gassing, homocidal
Third Reich. With the exception of Jean-Marie Le Pen, all the most
high-profile fascists in Europe in the past 30 years have been gay. It’s
time to admit something. Fascism isn’t something that happens out
there, a nasty habit acquired by the straight boys. It is – in part, at
least – a gay thing, and it’s time for non-fascist gay people to wake up

Researchers found persistent users of marijuana, who started smoking it at
school, had lower IQ scores as adults.
They were also significantly more likely to have attention and memory problems
in later life, than their peers who abstained.
Furthermore, those who started as teenagers and used it heavily, but quit as
adults, did not regain their full mental powers, found academics at King’s
College London and Duke University in the US.
They looked at data from over 1,000 people from Dunedin in New Zealand, who
have been followed through their lives since being born in 1972 or 1973.
Participants were asked about cannabis usage when they were 18, 21, 26, 32 and
38. Their IQ was tested at 13 and 38. In addition, each nominated a close

After Special Justice Walter Douglas Stokes sentenced former US Marine
Brandon Raub to 30 days detention in the psychiatric ward of the
Veterans Hospital, Circuit Court Judge Allan Sharrett dismissed the
case, citing that the original petition was “devoid of any factual
allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a
case or controversy.”
John Whitehead, attorney for the Rutherford Institute and Raub has
stated that since the former Marine’s detention case, he has received
numerous statements from
other veterans who are being discriminated against. The latest trend is
to have our former US service men and women declared mentally ill and
detained against their will.
Just as Raub was forcibly detained in a mental ward, another veteran has been taken without charge or criminal activity. His firearms were confiscated and he was given a court date.
In a study published
in the Archives of Internal Medicine, collaborating with the VA Medical
Center, an estimated one third of veterans returning from Afghanistan
and Iraq were determined to be mentally or psychologically ill.
Touting post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD), more than half of
returning veterans are considered to be suffering from a war-related
mental disorder.
The Democratic National Committee is raising a number of eyebrows after
announcing that it will be hosting Islamic “Jumah” prayers for two hours
on the Friday of its convention, soon after denying a Catholic cardinal’s request to say a prayer at the same event.
Their jummah (group) prayer is…about empowering their
Islamist and MB sympathetic groups into the very fabric of the political
system so that Americans become anesthetized. We need American Muslims

All decent people, including U.S. Senate candidate Todd Akin, agree
that forcible rape is a heinous crime. Almost all would agree that
illegitimate (false) accusations of rape occur – there’s the case of the
Duke lacrosse players, for example.
All reasonable people, including Todd Akin, agree that pregnancy can
result from forcible rape – but there is scientific disagreement on how
likely it is.
A 1988 textbook, the second edition of “Human Sex and Sexuality” by
Edwin B. Steen and James H. Price, estimates a 2 percent pregnancy rate.
A 2012 textbook, “Comprehensive Gynecology,” 6th edition, gives an
estimate of between 2 percent and 5 percent and states that “in the
experience of most sexual assault centers, the chance of pregnancy
occurring is quite low.” Estimates depend on flawed methods, with
inevitable biases. An experiment to give an accurate figure is, of
course, impossible. And does the estimate really matter to the woman who
has been raped? Either she gets pregnant, or she doesn’t.
Is the risk of pregnancy lower with forcible rape, and if so, why?
Off the cuff, Todd Akin gave a layman’s restatement of the point made by
some pro-life physicians that the female body has some defense
mechanisms against pregnancy in cases of rape.
The process of fertilization, implantation and maintenance of
pregnancy is an intricate one, highly dependent on hormonal signals.
Stress is conceded to make miscarriage more likely by disrupting the
hormonal milieu. What could be more stressful than a forcible rape?
The intensity of the media outrage against Akin’s remark shows that
this is not a scientific dispute about numbers, or the definition of
“really rare.” Medical science is being replaced by political
demagoguery about the issue of rape.
Rape clearly involves a forcible penetration of a woman’s body,
without her consent, almost always by a man. It is painful and causes
harm – not just physical injury but often lifelong, serious emotional
distress: flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, depression, difficulty
forming normal relationships and even guilt.
Starting from one extreme, some radical feminists appear to believe
that most if not all sex involving a man and a woman is a rape. The man
is always the perpetrator, and the woman, a victim. Clearly, there are
activities that are not forcible rape and do not involve the same
emotional reaction, but are still not legitimate. These would include
statutory rape, “date rape” and seduction. To suggest that a woman ‘s
dress or behavior might in some cases have contributed is, of course,
unacceptable.
At the other extreme, radical Muslims appear to believe that rape
rarely if ever occurs, and that all non-marital contact between a man
and a woman is illegitimate and the fault of the temptress. From the
fury directed at Akin, you’d think he had advocated Shariah law and
“honor” killings.
Then there’s the question of what to do if rape leads to pregnancy.
Should there be a death penalty for rape? In the U.S., few advocate
executing the rapist. Under Shariah, the rape victim might be executed,
at least if she is not pregnant. But what about the rapist’s baby?
What happens in an abortion? A woman’s body is penetrated by
instruments, usually in the hands of a man. The woman will have signed a
consent form – but all too often because she felt she had “no choice.”
The procedure is painful and bloody. Occasionally, serious physical
injury occurs, sometimes even causing death of the mother. Judging from
the million or so postings on the nonjudgmental website
afterabortion.com, long-term emotional consequences are not uncommon,
whatever official medical publications might say.
This procedure is almost always “legitimate” (legal) in the U.S. by
order of the U.S. Supreme Court. It is the most common elective surgical
procedure. We have lost as much as one-third of our younger generation
because of it. The vast majority of Americans have been touched by it in
some way. Of course it is emotional and divisive.
Politicians who claim to be pro-life are often adamant about
preserving an exception for rape or incest. This exception is a fig leaf
over the reality of what an abortion is. Coming too close to The
Question is feared to jeopardize the chance to gain political power.
Akin’s phrasing became a convenient pretext for raising a
disproportionate clamor as a diversion from the real problem. Those
politicians and commentators who are calling for Akin’s head have
signaled where their priorities lie.

(CBSNEWS) — The health benefits from male
circumcision outweigh the risks, says the American Academy of
Pediatrics in its latest guidelines on the controversial procedure
published Monday.
In its first policy statement on the subject since 1999, which was
later reaffirmed in 2005, the academy stops short of recommending
routine circumcision for males, but adds that based on the current
evidence, insurers should cover its costs.
The group’s previous stance said the procedure can prevent bladder
infections and sexually transmitted diseases like HIV/AIDS, but also
carried potential downsides like reduced sensation and infection.
Millionaire vaccine inventor and mandatory vaccine advocate Paul Offit recently released a short VIDEO for doctors on medscape. Here is a transcript of the speech.
This statement that outlines Offit’s personal belief system could be a
prelude to the legal removal of all philosophical and religious vaccine
exemptions in the United States of America. This is something that Offit
has been working toward for years, and the likely end-purpose of his
series of books.
Paul Offit believes that exempting your child from vaccination is
morally reprehensible. He considers himself an authority on autism, all
infectious diseases, morality, history, every religious systems, and
infant immunology. You may also recognize Dr Offit as the one who says
that all vaccines are perfectly safe and infants can tolerate
theoretically 10,000 of them at once:
A more practical way to determine the diversity of the immune response
would be to estimate the number of vaccines to which a child could
respond at one time…. each infant would have the theoretical capacity to
respond to about 10, 000 vaccines at any one time. [1]
The status accorded to him by the pharmaceutical and medical fields
permits him to influence the opinions and practice of lower rung
physicians regarding vaccine exemptions. Unfortunately, even doctors
will simply believe the “expert”[2] without bothering to go and check
their own medical literature to see if the self-proclaimed expertise has
a solid scientific foundation. Research shows that when people listen
to the expert, the part of their brains that is capable of independent
thought goes to sleep.[3]

The 26-year-old former Marine detained for making controversial Facebook posts is back at home at last. However, the fight to figure out exactly what happened — and what may be happening all across the country — has just begun.
Brandon Raub was scooped up in Richmond, Va. by federal and local law
enforcement officials on Aug. 16 for making anti-government Facebook
posts referring to “revolution” and statements that questioned the
official story behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks, said John Whitehead,
Raub’s lead attorney and president of the Rutherford Institute. He was
then sentenced to up to 30 days in a psychiatric facility on Aug. 20 — no trial, no arrest warrant, no charges filed. He was finally released on Thursday.

“They are doing it under a law in Virginia, a civil commitment law”
Whitehead told TheBlaze in an exclusive interview. And there are similar
laws in other states all over the United States, he explained. However,
according to Va. Code § 37.2-808, the statute in question, a person can be civilly committed if a magistrate judge has probable cause that any person:
Has a mental illness and that there exists a substantial likelihood
that, as a result of mental illness, the person will, in the near
future, (a) cause serious physical harm to himself or others as
evidenced by recent behavior causing, attempting, or threatening harm
and other relevant information, if any, or (b) suffer serious harm due
to his lack of capacity to protect himself from harm or to provide for
his basic human needs.
Is in need of hospitalization or treatment, and (iii) is unwilling
to volunteer or incapable of volunteering for hospitalization or
treatment. Any emergency custody order entered pursuant to this section
shall provide for the disclosure of medical records pursuant to § 37.2-804.2. This subsection shall not preclude any other disclosures as required or permitted by law.
Whitehead doesn’t believe his client meets any of the criteria needed
for a civil commitment and argues Raub is anything but “mentally ill.”
He says they haven‘t seen the psychiatric institute’s so-called
“evaluations” but his legal team plans on having Raub evaluated by an

RICHMOND,
Va. (AP) — A judge on Thursday ordered the release of a former Marine
who was detained for psychiatric evaluation after posting strident
anti-government messages on Facebook.
Prince George County Circuit Judge W. Allan Sharrett said at the end of a one-hour hearing that the involuntary commitment order issued by a magistrate against Brandon J. Raub
was invalid because it contained no allegation or basis to hold him,
according to the head of a civil liberties organization that represented
the 26-year-old veteran.
"This is a great victory," Rutherford Institute executive director John Whitehead
said. "He's a good human being. He just got caught in some weird
bureaucratic meanderings and the judge recognized that there's really no
true facts to hold this man in a psychiatric ward."
Raub,
who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, was taken into custody Aug. 16
after being questioned by Chesterfield County police and federal agents
about his Facebook posts. The FBI said the interview was prompted by
complaints from people who read his ominous posts, including some that
spoke of a pending revolution. One said "a day of reckoning" was coming,
and another said: "Sharpen my axe; I'm here to sever heads."
Onlookers
shot a video of Raub being led away from his home in handcuffs and
posted it on You Tube, fueling a groundswell of support for the veteran
and criticism that the government was trampling on his free-speech
rights. The Charlottesville-based Rutherford Institute came to his
defense, characterizing the government's actions as those of a police
state. Raub was not charged with a crime.
"Brandon
Raub was arrested with no warning, targeted for doing nothing more than
speaking out against the government, detained against his will, and
isolated from his family, friends and attorneys," Whitehead said. "These
are the kinds of things that take place in totalitarian societies.
Today, at least, Judge Allan Sharrett proved that justice can still
prevail in America."
He called Raub's release a victory for the First Amendment.
"People
a have right to go on Facebook or the Internet (and) say things that
people might not agree with, "Whitehead said. "But that doesn't mean
they're crazy or should be incarcerated for it."
Raub initially was taken the John Randolph Medical Center
in Hopewell, where he was held over the weekend for a preliminary
evaluation. After a hearing Monday, another judge ordered Raub detained
for an additional month and transferred him to the Salem VA hospital.
Thursday's
hearing was expected to be limited to Raub's objection to the transfer,
so Whitehead said Sharrett's decision came as a surprise.
"The
