(IsraelNN.com)Changing gas prices could make the gas
worth anywhere between $3.5-$17 billion in the future, and partners in
the offshore project are preparing for the first deliveries of gas in
2012. They have approved expenditures of $230 million for e provided quipment and
services to be by Noble Energy, a partner in the project,
along with Israeli firms Delek Drilling, Avner Oil and Gas and Isramco.
The
future impact of the gas field on the Israeli economy is enormous. "Few
doubt that the country, which for decades has been dependent on
importing nearly all of its energy needs, has entered a new era of far
greater economic independence,” Business Week commented in its current issue.
John F. Kennedy has been an icon to many, the pillar of America’s hopes and dreams. Sexy, charismatic, friendly, and a fighter for equality and peace, right? The man that we have idolized and loved for years. But who was the real Kennedy? The most infamous scandal revolving around him was the Marilyn Monroe affair; but I have discovered that the truth surpasses the rumors by far; leaving Bill Clinton’s past affairs far behind and even adds more than just an affair to be ashamed of. But it doesn’t stop there, with his families rocky past, it is no wonder as to why JFK did the things he did.
John F. Kennedy has been well known for his long term affair with sex
icon Marilyn Monroe(who has been said to also have slept with John’s
brother, Bobby Kennedy). JFK has also been sexually linked to other
celebrities such as Audrey Hepburn, Jayne Mansfield, and Angie
Dickinson. But of course it doesn’t stop there, the man has also been
noted to have slept with Jackie’s sister, Lee Radziwell. Wow, what a
way to keep it in the family.
Speaking of Jackie, it is also rumored that Kennedy briefly married a
Palm Beach socialite prior to his marriage with Jackie and then
apparently had second doubts and had a friend steal the marriage
certificate from the court house(I guess it’s good to have friends in
high places when you have cold feet). This can also resemble his nephew
Joe Kennedy’s marriage to Sheila Rauch. Joe and Sheila were married for
12 years when he decided to have his marriage annulled by the Vatican
himself. She only discovered this years after the fact when Joe
remarried and least to say was angry about it. Nine years later the
Roman Rota reversed the decision of the annulment, which if you do the math
makes Joe a polygamist. Bobby’s daughter Kerry, has also publically
been known to have practiced in philandering and with a married man;
needless to say she also had a divorce as an affect. It doesn’t stop
there, Michael Kennedy, also Robert’s son, had an affair with a 14 year
old babysitter
that lasted for years! In an attempt to redeem himself, he did what
many famous people do-he entered a treatment for his sex addiction.
Alicia Purdom was a woman who was paid off to keep her pregnancy by
John Kennedy a secret, who had promised to marry her (and obviously he
didn’t). Joan Lundberg kept her relationship no secret about John; she
has said that he paid for her to have an abortion of his baby and left
nothing to imagination with the interesting little tidbits that he
loved threesomes. A White House intern was raped by JFK, it was
statutory.William Smith Kennedy, John’s nephew, went through a famous
trial for rape ; but as most of these Kennedy’s seem to-he got away
with it;oh excuse me, he was acquitted.John has also been known to hire
prostitutes and call girls for his benefit, some even say that he had
been with one only an hour and a half prior to his famous Nixon debate
(no wonder he was in such a good mood throughout the whole thing). The
secret service even had code names for two girls kept on call at the
White House
used for sex. The code names were Fiddle and Faddle, if you ask me
that’s not much of a code for hookers. One Mary Pinchot mysteriously was
murdered after an affair with Kennedy; she did keep a diary of their
escapades even including information that they had done drugs
together-and of course the CIA ended up with this diary.JFK also had
ties with the mafia, a woman, Alicia Dar Clark was in relations to the
mafia and an often visitor to the white house, that is until she
claimed to have gotten pregnant by Kennedy who paid for another
abortion.JFK was also said to have a permanent STD. And with all of
this experience you would think that he would have known what he was
doing in bed but apparently he didn’t. Lover Angie Dickinson along with
Jackie herself claimed that he was quite quick in the sack.
As if that’s not enough, John has left even more of a legacy(and not in the best way). John was said to have used drugs
by multiple friends and girlfriends. During his election and beginning
of his presidency John offered the hope of equality to many, however
these promises soon failed. John even went as far as to having Martin
Luther King’s phone tapped. I don’t think we really need to get into
the Bay of Pigs and Cuban Missiles Crisis, in that he just flat out
failed. Ted Kennedy, Robert’s brother, is not immune. He has been
linked to the death of the young Mary Jo Kopechne, one of the campaign
workers. Ted was said to have driven off of bridge when he swam up and
left her to drown. Ted did not call for help, nor did he report the
accident. Walking past several houses in which he had the opportunity
to call for help-he resisted; instead he went home to consult with his advisers. Her body and the wreck were not found until the next morning.
I
would have to say that Bobby has always been my favorite Kennedy.
Suave, charismatic, and on a mission for change. However, in my readings
I have found that Bobby, my beloved, has also been involved in rather
interesting situations. For one, after his brother, John was
assassinated, Bobby and Jackie had an affair. This affair has been well
documented by author David Heymann. Bobby, as mentioned, has also been
rumored to have also slept with Marilyn Monroe. As a matter of fact,
just four hours before her dead body was discovered, neighbors said
that Bobby and a physician
was said to have entered her residence. Why might you ask? Well,
Marilyn was said to be pregnant by Bobby and he desperately wanted her
to have an abortion.I guess things didn’t go quite as planned. This
trend with Bobby, though is not unimaginable-he had a great love and
admiration for his brother. He went as far to wearing his brothers clothes and speaking to him (after he was dead) and so for him to go for the same women is really no shock.
All of this information can
only leave me to wonder, is it something in the genes? And beyond that,
what is it that makes this family so idolized and loved with all of the
news and rumors of the past? If you look at the records Kennedy really
didn’t do much in the office other than get laid and breach people’s
personal information. One of the only Kennedy’s who I have not heard
anything bad on is Maria Shriver, JFK’s niece and first lady of
California. Perhaps the curse or whatever you’d like to call it skipped
a generation. And speaking of curses, perhaps the Kennedy deaths were
not from a family curse but from pure Karma. The Kennedys have left
much- love to some, hope to others, and pure hatred for others.
However, they have remained American icons.
Next week sees the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II.
One man towered above all others at this perilous time - Winston
Churchill.
In a major two-week series, war historian Max Hastings casts
new light on him.
Here, in part nine, he tells how Churchill became a
Cold War prophet in foreseeing the menace of the Soviet Union...
When Winston Churchill learned in the spring of 1945 that the
Americans were going to halt their advance on Berlin from the west and
leave Hitler's capital to the mercies of the Red Army of the Soviet
Union, he was furious.
The United States government had made an
absolute commitment not to let post-war Europe separate out into
distinct areas of political influence. But now this was precisely what
was being allowed to happen.
Russian behaviour was
worsening by the day as Stalin's all-conquering men rolled up the
countries in the east and made them satellites of Moscow, in defiance
of agreements made by the heads of state at the Yalta conference only
weeks earlier.
Keep on going eastwards was Churchill's
advice to the Allied armies, until the Russians showed some willingness
to keep their side of the bargain about the future shape of Europe.
Meanwhile,
Stalin was in paranoid mood, fearful that the West was planning to make
its own deal with the Germans, cut him out and possibly even turn on
him.
He was deeply suspicious of what Churchill was up to.
'That man is capable of anything,' he told his army commander, Marshal
Zhukov.
But Churchill wasn't up to anything, because the
Americans wouldn't let him. They showed no interest in diplomatic
brinkmanship with the Kremlin, despite the vital issues for the future
of the world that were at stake. Washington wanted no confrontation
with Moscow.
Churchill found it hard coming to terms with
the era that was dawning. Back in 1941, he had assumed that when the
war ended the United States and the British Empire would together form
the most powerful armed and economic bloc the world had ever seen. The
Soviet Union would be struggling. 'They will need our aid for
reconstruction far more than we shall need theirs,' he said then.
By
1945, the Soviets were vastly stronger, and the British much weaker,
than he had expected. As for the U.S. commitment to Anglo-American
interests, in Europe or anywhere else, this was more tenuous than it
had ever been.
Abused women, a drunk and criminal is lauded like he is a God in death! It's time to learn THE PLAIN TRUTH about the immoral and ungodly Ted Kennedy!
A SOBER LOOK AT TED KENNEDY
As we celebrate fifty years of GQ,
we take a look at some of the best journalism the magazine has
published. In 1990, Michael Kelly—who later became the first American
reporter to die in the Iraq war—gave us this memorable and
devastatingly candid portrayal of the last Kennedy brother
Perhaps
this seems unfair. From all available evidence, God created our elected
officials to drink and screw around. Arrogance, too, is common. So is
sexual recklessness (witness Gary Hart, Robert Bauman and Barney
Frank); power dements as well as corrupts. But Kennedy’s behavior
stands out. The two most infamous Terrible Teddy stories make the
point. Both take place at Washington’s La Brasserie, where Kennedy is a
favorite customer.
Brasserie I: In December 1985, just before he announced he would run
for president in 1988, Kennedy allegedly manhandled a pretty young
woman employed as a Brasserie waitress. The woman, Carla Gaviglio,
declined to be quoted in this article, but says the following account,
a similar version of which first appeared in Penthouse last year, is full and accurate:
It is after midnight and Kennedy and Dodd are just finishing up a
long dinner in a private room on the first floor of the restaurant’s
annex. They are drunk. Their dates, two very young blondes, leave the
table to go to the bathroom. (The dates are drunk too. “They’d always
get their girls very, very drunk,” says a former Brasserie waitress.)
Betty Loh, who served the foursome, also leaves the room. Raymond
Campet, the co-owner of La Brasserie, tells Gaviglio the senators want
to see her.
As Gaviglio enters the room, the six-foot-two, 225-plus-pound
Kennedy grabs the five-foot-three, 103-pound waitress and throws her on
the table. She lands on her back, scattering crystal, plates and
cutlery and the lit candles. Several glasses and a crystal candlestick
are broken. Kennedy then picks her up from the table and throws her on
Dodd, who is sprawled in a chair. With Gaviglio on Dodd’s lap, Kennedy
jumps on top and begins rubbing his genital area against hers,
supporting his weight on the arms of the chair. As he is doing this,
Loh enters the room. She and Gaviglio both scream, drawing one or two
dishwashers. Startled, Kennedy leaps up. He laughs. Bruised, shaken and
angry over what she considered a sexual assault, Gaviglio runs from the
room. Kennedy, Dodd and their dates leave shortly thereafter, following
a friendly argument between the senators over the check.
Eyewitness Betty Loh told me that Kennedy had “three or four”
cocktails in his first half hour at the restaurant and wine with
dinner. When she walked into the room after Gaviglio had gone in, she
says, “what I saw was Senator Kennedy on top of Carla, who was on top
of Senator Dodd’s lap, and the tablecloth was sort of slid off the
table ‘cause the table was knocked over—not completely, but just on
Senator Dodd’s lap a little bit, and of course the glasses and the
candlesticks were totally spilled and everything. And right when I
walked in, Senator Kelly jumped off…and he leaped up, composed himself
and got up. And Carla jumped up and ran out of the room.”
A prominent historian and constitutional expert says a
Democratic congresswoman from New Hampshire is "dead wrong" to suggest
that "the Constitution did not cover everything."
Representative
Carol Shea-Porter (D-New Hampshire) was asked recently by a talk-radio
caller about the constitutionality of the Democrats' government-run
healthcare plan. Her response has at least one constitutional expert wondering whether she has ever read the Constitution.
"I would point out to you that in the Constitution it also does not say
the government can build roads or should build roads," said
Shea-Porter. "It also doesn't say the government should make sure the
drugs are safe. It doesn't say the government should look at airplanes
to make sure they are safe to get on. It doesn't say we should have a
police force in Manchester," she continued. "So, the Constitution did
not cover everything."
One of the problems with any proposed law that's over 1,000 pages long and constantly changing is that much deviltry can lie in the details. Take the Democrats' proposal to rewrite health care policy, better known as H.R. 3200 or by opponents as "Obamacare." (Here's our CBS Newstelevision coverage.)
Section 431(a) of the bill says that the IRS must divulge taxpayer
identity information, including the filing status, the modified
adjusted gross income, the number of dependents, and "other information
as is prescribed by" regulation. That information will be provided to
the new Health Choices Commissioner and state health programs and used
to determine who qualifies for "affordability credits."
Section 245(b)(2)(A) says the IRS must divulge tax return details
-- there's no specified limit on what's available or unavailable -- to
the Health Choices Commissioner. The purpose, again, is to verify
"affordability credits."
Section 1801(a) says that the Social Security Administration can
obtain tax return data on anyone who may be eligible for a "low-income
prescription drug subsidy" but has not applied for it.
Over at the Institute for Policy Innovation (a free-market think tank and presumably no fan of Obamacare), Tom Giovanetti argues
that: "How many thousands of federal employees will have access to your
records? The privacy of your health records will be only as good as the
most nosy, most dishonest and most malcontented federal employee.... So
say good-bye to privacy from the federal government. It was fun while
it lasted for 233 years."
I'm not as certain as Giovanetti that this represents privacy's
Armageddon. (Though I do wonder where the usual suspects like the Electronic Privacy Information Center
are. Presumably inserting limits on information that can be disclosed
-- and adding strict penalties on misuse of the information kept on
file about hundreds of millions of Americans -- is at least as
important as fretting about Facebook's privacy policy in Canada.)
A better candidate for a future privacy crisis is the so-called stimulus bill enacted with limited debate early this year. It mandated
the "utilization of an electronic health record for each person in the
United States by 2014," but included only limited privacy protections.
It's true that if the legislative branch chooses to create
"affordability credits," it probably makes sense to ensure they're not
abused. The goal of curbing fraud runs up against the goal of
preserving individual privacy.
If we're going to have such significant additional government
intrusion into our health care system, we will have to draw the privacy
line somewhere. Maybe the House Democrats' current bill gets it right.
Maybe it doesn't. But this vignette should be reason to be skeptical of
claims that a massive and complex bill must be enacted as rapidly as
its backers would have you believe.
Update August 27 11 a.m: Marc Rotenberg of the Electronic Privacy
Information Center says in e-mail: "We would oppose section 431(a) of
the bill because it violates the intent of the Privacy Act which
generally requires agencies to obtain information directly from
individuals and not from other agencies." EPIC still hasn't updated
their Web site to reflect this sentiment, but it's good to know that
other folks have concerns too.

The
Federal Trade Commission is threatening to use antitrust and copyright
laws to shut down the New Media – and save “mainstream” journalism
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which usually concerns itself with “consumer protection” issues, is now taking an interest in the journalism industry. The financially strappedNew York Timesreports:
“The commission is planning two days of workshops
in December – titled ‘From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism
Survive the Internet Age?’ – to examine the state of the news industry.”
In the battleground of American political power, candidates for office tend
to use every weapon at their disposal to be heard above the din.
Now, a U.S. Marine who helped lead the initial charge into Iraq to oust
Saddam Hussein is taking that approach literally by brandishing his M-16 assault
rifle in some eye-catching campaign
fundraising ads.
"I'm taking full credit for that," says 28-year-old Jesse Kelly of Tucson
, Ariz., a Republican seeking to boot Democrat
Gabrielle Giffords from the U.S. House of Representatives. "If you're not going
to get anyone's attention, you might as well not waste your time or money."
Sgt. Kelly, who is married and has a 9-month-old son, is splashing his spots
across the Internet on high-profile sites such as the Drudge Report, and
offering no apologies about the weapon imagery.
"I think people understand fully well that I'm serving my country," he said.
"I'm in Iraq at war for my nation. I'm not posing in my bedroom with a gun." MORE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Texting behind the wheel qualifies as irresponsible and
completely stupid. But is a gory British public service announcement
going to reach kids who believe they are immortal?
Be warned: the four-minute PSA is extremely graphic,
showing not only the realistic bloody injuries of three pretty teenage
girls, but also an unresponsive infant in a car seat and a preschooler
asking her unconscious and bleeding parents to wake up.
Mike Stout, director of the division of traffic safety for the Illinois
Department of Transportation, said that he doesn't know if this kind of
message would deter teens from texting behind the wheel -- and he
wouldn't take the risk of trying to find out.
"This
is way too gory," Stout told ParentDish. "...sometimes you have to push
the envelope, but if you put this on TV, you'd have no control over who
your audience was. Younger kids could see it, and I know some teens
that it wouldn't affect at all."
As I watched the clip with my
baby nearby, tears came to my eyes when the camera lingered on what
appeared to be a dead infant in a car seat with a preschool-age sibling
pleading for her parents in the front seat to "wake up."
So the PSA gets right to the heart of parents to avoid the lure of a quick text. But would the teenager behind me do the same?
Democrats in Tarrant County, Texas, have launched a campaign to have
a local church eliminated as a polling place because the pastor has
posted a statement of his own choosing – "Where's the Birth
Certificate?" – on the facility's marquee.
County officials have asked Pastor Gary Hopkins of Maplewood Baptist Church, which for a number of years has served the community as a polling place, to authenticate a photograph supplied to the local Democrats by an informer.
County Elections Administrator Steve Raborn told WND, "I'm not
aware that this is a violation of any election law or anything like
that."
He
said there have been a variety of requests in the past for particular
locations to not be used as polling places, "generally based on some
kind of problem that cropped up during an election."
But he said he was unaware of other requests based on a slogan
posted at a private property during the hundreds of days during the
year it is not used for polling.
The executive director of the Democrats, Keith Annis, told WND
he viewed the problem as similar to facilities that don't comply with
the Americans with Disabilities Act, have terrible parking or where
"people were rude."
"We got two complaints about it," Annis told WND. "When I saw
the photograph taken of the marquee, I agreed with the concern and
pursued it."
He suggested such locations must be politically neutral all
year round if they want to serve the electorate during elections as
polling locations.
Barack Obama and his step-grandmother Sarah Hussein Obama
Although no other evidence has surfaced placing Barack Obama's mother
in Kenya at the time of the president's birth, a taped telephone
conversation in which his Kenyan step-grandmother purportedly claims he
was born in the coastal city of Mombasa has become an Internet hit
since its submission as evidence in a lawsuit challenging the
president's eligibility.
Philip J. Berg, a former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general, included a transcript of the tape and sworn affidavits
in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court after lower courts dismissed as
frivolous his Aug. 21, 2008, complaint alleging Obama was born in
Mombasa.
The Oct. 16, 2008, telephone interview was conducted by American Christian minister Ron McRae, who describes himself in his affidavit as an overseer of the Anabaptist Churches in North America and a "Presiding Elder on the African Presbytery."
McRae, who called from Detroit, says Sarah Obama was in a public
setting with several hundred people listening to the telephone call on
a speakerphone. The interpreter was Vitalis Akech Ogombe, the community
chairman of Sarah Obama's village of Nyang'oma Kogelo in Western Kenya,
30 miles west of the Lake Victoria-city of Kisumu.
"In the ensuing public conversation, I asked Ms. Obama
specifically, 'Were you present when your grandson was born in Kenya?'"
McRae testified in his sworn statement. "This was asked to her in translation
twice, and both times she replied, "Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born."
The U.S. attorney in New York on Tuesday
charged a New York investor and major Democratic fund-raiser with a $74
million scheme to defraud Citigroup.

Hassan
Nemazee, 59, was charged with one count of bank fraud, and faces up to
30 years in prison plus a fine. His lawyer Marc Mukasey, a former
federal prosecutor, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
Nemazee
was a national finance chair of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign, and a supporter of John Kerry's
run for the White House in 2004.
He
typically donates more than $100,000 annually to Democratic political
candidates, including Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator
Charles Schumer, and sits on the board of the Iranian American
Political Action Committee.
Bill Clinton, when he was president, nominated Nemazee to be U.S. ambassador to Argentina.
Prosecutors said Nemazee, the chairman and chief executive of Nemazee Capital, sought to induce Citigroup's [C4.75-0.07(-1.45%)]
banking unit to lend up to $74 million based on fraudulent and forged
documents suggesting that he had hundreds of millions of dollars of
accounts available as collateral.
They
said Nemazee also provided Citigroup with fake references so that when
the bank would try to confirm details about his accounts, it would
actually be contacting him. The scheme lasted from December 2006 to
this month, the prosecutors said.
U.S. Military Says Its Force in Afghanistan Is Insufficient
BAGRAM, Afghanistan — American military commanders with the NATO mission in Afghanistan told President Obama’s chief envoy to the region this weekend that they did not have enough troops to do their job, pushed past their limit by Taliban rebels who operate across borders. The commanders emphasized problems in southern Afghanistan, where
Taliban insurgents continue to bombard towns and villages with rockets
despite a new influx of American troops, and in eastern Afghanistan,
where the father-and-son-led Haqqani network of militants has become
the main source of attacks against American troops and their Afghan
allies. MORE>>>>>>>>

After months of consideration, Attorney General Eric Holder plans to appoint a special prosecutor to examine allegations
that terror suspects were abused at the hands of their CIA interrogators. The
highly controversial decision comes as the Department of Justice
releases a 2004 report from the CIA's inspector general detailing
allegations of harsh interrogation practices -- which Holder cited in
his decision.
"As a
result of my analysis of all of this material, I have concluded that
the information known to me warrants opening a preliminary review into
whether federal laws were violated in connection with the interrogation
of specific detainees at overseas locations," Holder said in a written
statement Monday.
A young girl from New York was killed Sunday when a huge wave swept
her and other visitors into the water off Acadia National Park.
A 'rogue wave’ hit about 20 people who were standing on the platform
at Thunder Hole, according to the U.S. Coast Guard, one of several
agencies involved in the incident. Three people were plucked from the
water by a lifeboat crew, including a girl who had no vital signs,
according to the Coast Guard.
The girl, who was 7, died and her parents were injured, according to
Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public
Safety. He said the family was from New York, but had no further
information about them this evening.
Another nine people were taken to the hospital, according to the Coast Guard.
Two others were feared to be missing earlier in the day, but it was
later determined that everyone was accounted for, according to Petty
Officer James Rhodes.
The large waves hit Thunder Hole as the combination of an
astronomically high tide and a storm surge from Hurricane Bill created
dangerous surf conditions along most of Maine’s coast. Several York
County beaches were closed to swimming as a result.
Thunder Hole is a cavernous inlet where incoming waves striking
rocks can produce a sound like that of a distant clap of thunder.
Onlookers can walk down a set of stairs to a railed platform where they
can look down into the cave.
Hurricane Bill passed about 300 miles to the southeast of Portland,
Apffel said, but created enough of a storm surge to worry officials. A
surf advisory posted Saturday was due to expire tonight.
Several towns in York County closed their beaches to swimming on
Sunday. Red flags were posted on all the beaches in Biddeford,
Kennebunk, Old Orchard Beach, Ogunquit, Saco, Wells, and York.
Access to Camp Ellis in Saco was restricted, police said.
In Scarborough, police said Higgins Beach and Scarborough Beach, a town-owned beach, remained open despite the storm surge.

JERUSALEM – President Obama participated in a controversial
1990s political party with a socialist agenda, recalls a major member
of the organization known as the New Party.
WND previously reported
on newspaper evidence showing Obama was a member of the New Party,
which sought to elect members to public office with the aim of moving
the Democratic Party far leftward to ultimately form a new political
party with a socialist agenda.
Now a former top member of the New Party recounted in a WND e-mail interview Obama's participation with his organization.
"A subcommittee met with (Obama) to interview him to see if his
stand on the living wage and similar reforms was the same as ours,"
recalled Marxist activist Carl Davidson.
"We determined that our views on these overlapped, and we could endorse his campaign in the Democratic Party," Davidson said. Davidson was a Chicago member and activist within the New Party.
He told WND he handled some of the New Party member databases and
attending most of the party's meetings
. Davidson is also a notorious far-left activist and former
radical national leader in the anti-Vietnam movement. He served as
national secretary for the infamous Students of a Democratic Society antiwar group, from which the Weatherman domestic terrorist organization later splintered. MORE>>>>>>
